For centuries, Palo Santo, meaning “holy wood” in Spanish, has been used across the Andean and Amazonian regions of South America for its purifying and healing properties. Traditionally used in spiritual ceremonies by Indigenous communities, its smoke is believed to cleanse the mind, uplift the spirit, restore harmony and remove negativity from any space.
We honor these origins by sourcing consciously, working only with partners who respect the cultural heritage and honor the people and lands from which it originates. Our Palo Santo is therefor ethically sourced from naturally fallen trees, left to cure for several years before harvest in Peru, ensuring that no living trees are ever cut down. The Palo Santo is collected under local government regulation to protect the species and ensure fair, conscious trade with the communities who gather it. Each piece carries the essence of the forest: warm, woody, and subtly sweet, a fragrance that feels both grounding and otherworldly.
When burned, Palo Santo releases a soft smoke that clears stagnant energy and invites calm presence. It can be used with meditation, breathwork, yoga, to open or close ceremony or simply to cleanse yourself from negative energy or infuse your home with a sense of peace and renewal.
This sacred wood is more than fragrance; it is a ritual in itself. A reminder to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom of the Earth.
Aroma profile:
Warm and woody with a subtle sweetness, a natural balance between smoke and honeyed resin. Calming, purifying, and deeply restorative.
